Jersey Swimming Club

Jersey Swimming Club was founded on 9 October 1865 by William Anderson and we have an unrivalled history within Island swimming and a special place within the local community, built around traditional family values, and affording modern day aims and ambitions.

The Club is currently investing a significant amount of time and resource building for the future. Improving the services and opportunities it offers, and on the Island is unique in being able to provide a full program from Learn to Swim through to senior swimmers with National ambitions.

Our philosophy is to encourage and allow each swimmer to fulfil their personal ambitions within a friendly environment.

We can offer you a safe, structured swimming and social environment for all ages but particularly for those within their formative years there are also opportunities to travel. How about travelling with the team to Guernsey at nine years old, Southampton at ten with locations such as Spain, France and Crete to follow?

We are based at Langford in St Helier - Jersey’s newest 25 Metre pool with modern state of the art facilities and on certain nights we also can be found at the Waterfront and Les Quennevais sports centre pools.
